Webinar: Dublin deportations from Germany to Bulgaria

In recent months, there has been a significant increase in the number of refugees being transferred from Germany to Bulgaria as part of the Dublin procedure. This is happening despite numerous reports of inhumane conditions, violence and systematic violations of rights in the Bulgarian asylum system. It’s high time we tackle the issue head-on! We invite you to a webinar with experts from Kirchenasyl Berlin-Brandenburg, Kölner Spendenkonvoi, No Name Kitchen & Center for Legal Aid – Voice in Bulgaria. Their insights into the current (legal) situation for People on the Move in Bulgaria and those being threatened and/or affected by deportations from Germany to Bulgaria, will lay the ground for an open discussion about the consequences of the increase in deportations for those affected, how the situation will change in the course of the reform of European asylum law and what we can do here in Germany to prevent deportations.
